The first step is for our Administration department to take care of such details as paperwork while our Building department revise building specifications and engineering details.

When we are happy with our building specifications and engineering details the plans for your patio, pergola, deck or carport are drawn up and an application is made to Council. Upon approval, you will be forwarded a copy of the approved plans.

After the council has approved plans for your Freedom construction we move into the material production and construction scheduling phase.
When phase three is complete delivery of materials and project construction is scheduled.

We begin construction. Construction may have a number of phases due to requirements of concrete, plumbing, carpentry and so on, we will inform you fully regarding details and estimated construction time and you can start planning to make use of your new Freedom Patio.
